Euclid / St. Paul Neighborhood : One of the best values in St Petersburg real estate is the Euclid St. Paul neighborhood. Although many buyers are familiar with the Old Northeast neighborhood many newcomers to St Petersburg are unaware that this hidden gem of a neighborhood even exists. There are some great homes in the neighborhood with so many different architectural genres represented and a very involved and active neighborhood association. The association for the Euclid St. Paul neighborhood organizes regular get togethers and events in the neighborhood to encourage the neighbors to get to know one another. This creates a very classic feel to this neighborhood.
